On October 31, 2020, I signed a contract with Texas Commercial Roofing LLC for a complete roof restoration of our 8,784 square foot metal building in Irving, Texas. Prior to signing this contract, I received multiple quotations for the restoration. Texas Commercial Roofing LLC was not only the best price but a much better value for that price.
I can not say enough good words about Mr. Melvin Miller. Mr. Miller was very easy to work with and exceptionally responsive to all my questions. Most importantly, he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. They completed the job on schedule and for the price on the contract.

Without being asked, Mr. Miller came back about six months after completion and did a complete inspection of the roof to see if everything was as it should be. This tells me this is a company that wants to deliver a product that meets the requirements of the contract and that they want their customers to be satisfied.
I rate this company a five star company and I am very happy I choose them.
